The new Daihatsu Sirion is a totally differently proportioned car to its predecessor and more closely matches the Nissan Micra for length, width and height but with passenger space rivalling the considerably longer Honda Jazz. For example its front and rear tracks – at 1,460 and 1,465 mm – are 65 and 60 mm wider than before. The Sirion’s length of 3,600 mm is actually 95 mm shorter and even 20 mm less than the Ford Ka.
The new Daihatsu Sirion has two of the most efficient gasoline engine 1.0 and 1.3 liters world by driving with fuel economy and emissions of solid ultra-low exhaust. This gives more torque at low speed or power of attraction, while the dynamic variable valve timing (DVVT) allows a wider spread of the super power and flexibility of low speed. With compact combustion chambers and a shaft offset, this engine uses pistons and piston rings with resin in low-voltage low internal friction. No competitor can match the performance of the new Daihatsu Sirion fuel economy and low emissions 1.0-liter.
The engine of the new Sirion 1.3-liter four-cylinder has been extensively revised to offer more torque at low speeds and to provide more usable power in the conduct of the day. Under the new Sirion is the power of 87 hp (102 PS), but at 6000 rpm instead of 7,000 rpm. The speed of this manual is 106 km / h with the automatic four-speed slightly slower than 102 mph. CO2 emissions are among the lowest in the class Daihatsu Sirion is 137 and 151 g / km, respectively.
